Template customization is a service where we take one of our professionally designed Wix Studio templates and tailor it to match your brand, content, and business objectives. It’s a faster alternative to building a website from the ground up while still achieving a polished, custom feel.

Customization is available only for templates created within our own template collection. We do not modify third-party or externally sourced templates.

This service covers adapting the template to your brand by applying your colors, fonts, logo, images, and content within the existing layout. Content can be provided by you or generated based on the details you submit. We also ensure your website is properly set up for launch, including: • Basic SEO configuration (titles and meta descriptions) • Optimization for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices • Wix Studio settings such as business info and favicon • Structured CMS setup where required • Booking Feature setup where required (upto 5) • Store/e-commerce Feature setup where required (upto 10) • Two round of revisions

This service does not cover advanced branding, full copywriting strategy, logo creation, complex animations, third-party integrations, or custom-built features beyond the template’s structure.

All updates and communication are handled through email, Whats app chat and recorded Loom videos. This helps keep everything clear, documented, and efficient without the need for live meetings.

Most projects are completed within approximately 4 to 6 business days after receiving all required content and assets. Timelines may vary depending on project scope and response time during revisions.

To begin, you’ll need to submit your logo, brand elements (if available), website content, images, and any specific instructions through the intake form or chat. Work starts once everything is received.

No, the template is included as part of the customization service.

Due to the time and effort involved, this service is non-refundable once the project has started.

If an issue is related to the template itself, we will resolve it at no additional cost. However, problems caused by edits or changes outside the original scope are not included.

Two revision round is included. Additional revisions can be requested at an extra cost.

Yes, once delivered, you’ll have full access to edit and manage your website within Wix Studio. You can update content, images, and pages as needed.
